    寻找食欲肆虐的原因
      
        为什么会食欲大增呢?是否刚刚遭遇了焦虑、寂寞、压力等情绪问题?要知道,这些问题都能导致你食欲变化:吃是一种方便的安慰自己的方法。
      
    建议:你需要的是调节自己的心情,而非大吃大喝——变形的身材只能让你越来越糟糕。
      
    让食物成为自己的盟友
      
        如果利用得当的话,没有食物是你绝对的敌人。如果你将食物当成朋友来看待,想到它们的营养成分:吃就成了享受,而非罪过。不过,你需要牢记的是:不可过量。
      
    让自己从食欲上分心
      
        最好远离食欲的方法,就是不去想它。食欲就要来临了吗?好的,将自己投入到别的活动中,让自己繁忙起来,或做运动,或购物,或和朋友聊天,都能让你忘记了吃。
      
    捕捉食欲的踪迹
      
        你应该可以了解自己食欲的踪迹吧?好的,如果下午的时候,这条蛇会出来捣乱的话,那你就在那时候吃一点想吃的东西;第二天同一个时刻,少吃一点;逐渐将贪婪的胃口缩小些,再缩小些。
      
    每隔4到5个小时进食
      
        是的,少吃多餐能帮助你调节血糖,你因而更保持精力充沛、更清醒的状态。而且,你不会感觉到饥饿,食欲出来肆虐的时候也就少了许多。
      
    始终处于“充分有水”的状态中
      
    有时候人们会把渴当成饿。每天8杯水不但能让你水灵灵,而且还能让你少吃点。
      
    同类食物,购买低脂的那一种
      
    如果食欲是那样的无可压制的话,那么,每回都用低脂食物来满足它吧。
